The Michelin X930 from ViaMichelin

Michelin are well known for their car tyres and travel guides. Now they have moved into satellite navigation. Founded in 2000, ViaMichelin is tasked with the desing, manufacture and marketing of a range of digital navigation aids, included in-car satellite navigation.

We reported recently on the X950-T - a great system that incorporates not only information from the Michelin Green Guide and Michelin Guide 2006, but also a Traffic Information module!

This module receives traffic information relating to roadworks, road accidents and other delays as well as advserse weather conditions affecting drivers and allows the system user to navigate around the congestions. For more information take a look at our site......

Also available from the ViaMichelin comes the Michelin X930. This provides the same great navigation system as the X950-T with information from the Michelin Green Guide and the Michelin Guide 2006, but does not include the Traffic Information module and is ideal for those buying on a budget yet still looking for a professional GPS system for their car.
